What You'll Do Every Day:

• Employee Support: Serve as a friendly, reliable point of contact for employees regarding company policies, benefits questions, and general HR needs.
• Onboarding: Help welcome and set up new hires, ensuring all paperwork, background checks, and orientation steps are completed smoothly.
• HR Records: Maintain and update employee files and digital HR systems with high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the local management team and corporate HR to support daily operations and special projects.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience working in a dedicated HR role (such as an HR Coordinator, Assistant, or Generalist).
• Availability: Must be able to start immediately (ASAP).
• The Right Attitude: You are highly organized, great at handling private information safely, and have an excellent customer-service mindset.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, to connect easily with employees at all levels.
• Tech Skills: Comfortable using HR systems (HRIS) and basic Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
