Lumper (Loading and Unloading Containers)
Position: Lumper (Loading and Unloading Containers) Location: Savannah, GA area Pay: Pay is based on your productivity and the volume handled (number of boxes, weight, and other factors). The more you work, the more you earn! Schedule: Each warehouse sets its own schedule. Your day ends when you finish your assigned container. This is a first-shift position.

Requirements:
- Working mobile phone and email access
- Experience in warehouse or manual labor (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stay active throughout the day
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work in varying conditions (heat/cold)
- Responsible, punctual, and proactive attitude
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Your Responsibilities:
- Quickly and accurately load and unload goods
- Properly organize and stack merchandise
- Inspect shipments and report any discrepancies
- Operate pallet jacks and other loading equipment
- Keep the work area clean and safe
- Follow all warehouse safety guidelines
