PRN Occupational Therapist

The primary function of our Occupational Therapist role is to provide Occupational Therapy (OT) services for residents of Kendal-Crosslands Communities (KCC) as defined - by the Pennsylvania State Board of PT Licensure; Serves on committees as designated by the Director of Rehabilitation and Wellness and/or the Rehabilitation Services Manager. Actively participates in in-service training programs, both within the KCC community and within professional programs outside of KCC; Maintains clinical medical record documentation to meet all Federal and State requirements. Qualifications and Experience A graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Baccalaureate Program and licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. A minimum of two years’ experience working with adult population preferred. Must possess a valid driver’s license in state of residence. Must be insurable by the Kendal-Crosslands Communities professional liability insurance. Physical Demands Walking, standing, and bending most of the day. Able to push, pull, lift, and transfer residents weighing up to 250 pounds including wheelchair transport on indoor and outdoor surfaces.
