Description Job Summary: The Family Services Coordinator is responsible for the oversight, coordination, and integration of the ERSEA (Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance) and Family & Community Partnerships components. This position ensures compliance with Head Start Program Performance Standards while supporting family engagement, enrollment processes, and community partnerships. Employee Benefits (Yearly):

?? 12 Paid holidays Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field required; 3-5 years related experience preferred; knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards, ERSEA, and Family & Community Partnerships desired. Supervisory Responsibilities:
?? Provides oversight and support to Family Advocates.
?? Assists with hiring, training, and performance support.
?? Provides training on ERSEA processes and compliance. Duties/Responsibilities:
?? Manage ERSEA data collection, reporting, and compliance.
?? Coordinate recruitment, enrollment, and family applications.
?? Track attendance and prepare reports.
?? Maintain PIR data and ensure file accuracy.
?? Coordinate family engagement activities and partnerships.
?? Support families through service planning and referrals.
?? Maintain community partnerships and resource networks.
?? Provide staff training and orientation.
?? Ensure compliance with Head Start regulations.
?? Maintain confidentiality of all records. Required Skills/Abilities:
?? Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
?? Knowledge of Head Start requirements.
?? Computer proficiency (database, spreadsheet, word processing).
?? Ability to work with families and community partners. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid NYS Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
Physical Requirements : Ability to perform routine physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, reaching, and standing.
