You’ll have opportunities to earn income by helping with property showings and client appointments while also developing your own pipeline, working with buyers, pursuing listings, learning from experienced agents, and growing into a productive full-service real estate professional.

This is not just a showing assistant position.

Our goal is to help the right person become a strong Buyer’s Agent and Listing Agent while giving them opportunities to gain experience and earn along the way.

What This Opportunity Looks Like

Our established agents regularly need assistance with:

1. Property showings
2. Buyer appointments
3. Home inspections
4. Final walkthroughs
5. Contractor and measurement appointments
6. Client follow-up
7. Transaction-related appointments

Those opportunities can give you an immediate way to earn, gain experience, meet clients, and sharpen your skills while you build your own real estate business.

At the same time, you'll be expected to prospect, follow up, create relationships, develop your own client base, work buyers from consultation through closing, and begin building listing opportunities.

We’re looking for someone who wants a career in real estate — not a side hobby.

What You'll Do

1. Show homes to buyers for yourself and other agents on the team
2. Work directly with buyer clients from consultation through closing
3. Learn how to identify buyer needs, motivation, budget, and property criteria
4. Prospect for new buyer and seller opportunities
5. Follow up consistently with leads and potential clients
6. Build and manage your own real estate pipeline
7. Develop relationships with homeowners and pursue listing opportunities
8. Attend inspections, walkthroughs, closings, and client appointments
9. Coordinate access for contractors, measurements, inspections, and other property-related appointments
10. Communicate professionally with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, vendors, and team members
11. Maintain accurate follow-up and client notes within the CRM
12. Participate in team training, coaching, prospecting, and accountability
13. Continue developing your skills in contracts, negotiations, buyer representation, listings, and client strategy

Depending on your experience level, experienced agents and Team Leads can provide additional support with contracts, negotiations, and transaction strategy as you develop.

What We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you are:

1. Licensed as a real estate salesperson or broker, or actively working toward your license
2. Serious about building a full-time real estate career
3. Hungry to learn and willing to be coached
4. Comfortable talking with new people and building relationships
5. Willing to prospect and follow up consistently
6. Responsive and professional with clients
7. Comfortable spending time driving to showings and appointments
8. Self-motivated but also able to work within a team
9. Comfortable learning CRM, marketing, AI, and real estate technology
10. Interested in working with buyers and developing listing business
11. Looking for an environment with training, accountability, systems, and opportunities to grow

Experience is helpful.

Drive, consistency, coachability, and a willingness to do the work matter even more.

CompensationShowing Opportunities

$30/hour + qualifying closing bonus

Use showing opportunities to generate income while gaining valuable experience and building your own real estate business. Showings are paid at a rate of 30 dollars a house not per hour but they don't allow it to be posted at per house on these sites!

Buyer Listing Transactions

Commission-based compensation

As you develop your own client base and become a productive Buyer’s and Listing Agent, your income opportunity can grow significantly.
