The position involves overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety, and managing staff in a high-volume environment. This role requires at least 2 years of professional kitchen experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. A Culinary Arts degree is preferred.
