Regional HR Manager- Wyoming area

Position Overview We are hiring an HR Manager to serve as a strategic partner to line management and business units in Worland, Wyoming. Responsibilities Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units. Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Develop and conduct employee training programs as assigned. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day‑to‑day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal department as needed/required. Provide day‑to‑day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation. Provide guidance and input on labor budget development and management, workforce planning and succession planning. Identify training needs for business units and individual senior manager coaching needs. Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success and follow up to ensure training objectives are met. Qualifications Education and/or Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related course of study, and two years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Communication Skills : Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common professional journals, financial reports, and legal documents; respond to sensitive inquiries or complaints from employees, customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community; write correspondence that conforms to prescribed style and format; effectively present information to top management and public groups. Mathematical Skills : Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Other Qualifications : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Must be able to travel overnight across multi‑state region on a regular basis; occasionally with short notice.
