Plastic Surgeon (Breast Reconstruction & Complex Closure) Location: Midtown Manhattan, NY (Operating in NYC & Northern NJ)
About the OpportunityA busy, growing plastic surgery practice based in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Plastic Surgeon to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a high-volume practice with strong referral relationships and immediate case flow.
The practice focuses primarily on breast reconstruction and complex spine closure cases , working closely with breast and spine surgeons across New York City and Northern New Jersey.
Position HighlightsHigh-volume reconstructive focus
Primarily breast reconstruction (implant-based and autologous)
Complex spine exposure and closure cases
Operating in top-tier facilities throughout NYC and NJ
Established referral base and collaborative surgical partnerships
Opportunity to grow subspecialty interests within reconstructive surgery
Supportive administrative and clinical team
Starting base salary: $300,000+
Significant production-based bonus structure
High earning potential in a busy surgical practice

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery
Eligible for medical licensure in New York and New Jersey
Strong interest and/or experience in breast reconstruction
Experience with complex wound and spine closures preferred
