Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, modern front-end technologies, and AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable, secure, and high-performance applications for a financial services client.

The candidate should have experience developing enterprise-grade applications, building RESTful APIs and microservices, and working with cloud-native technologies in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end frameworks.
Build scalable and secure microservices and RESTful APIs.
Develop responsive user interfaces using Angular or React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
Work with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS/EKS, and CloudWatch.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Technical Skills

Strong experience with Java 8/11/17 or higher .
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Hibernate/JPA .
Experience developing microservices and RESTful APIs.
Strong front-end development experience with Angular or React.js .
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and application deployment.
Experience with SQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and automated deployment practices.
Experience writing unit and integration tests using JUnit, Mockito, or similar frameworks.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in banking, financial services, payments, or other regulated industries.
Knowledge of Kafka or other messaging and event-streaming platforms.
Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.
Understanding of OAuth 2.0, JWT, and secure application development.
Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and performance optimization tools.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Typically 8+ years of software development experience, including hands-on Java full-stack development and AWS.
