Pharmacy Technician – Bilingual (English/Spanish) | Liberty Software & 340B Experience

Location: Orlando, FL
Salary: $25.00 per hour (increases to $26.00 per hour after 90 days)
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

About the Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent retail pharmacy in Orlando, Florida, seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a bilingual Pharmacy Technician who is confident working in a busy retail pharmacy environment and has hands-on experience with Liberty Pharmacy Software, 340B prescription processing and immunisation support .

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, work independently and become a valuable member of a close-knit pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, process and manage prescriptions using Liberty Pharmacy Software .
• Support daily prescription processing, including new prescriptions, refills and data verification.
• Process 340B prescriptions , ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to applicable programme requirements.
• Handle insurance billing, prescription adjudication, rejected claims and troubleshooting.
• Assist with immunisation services, including patient intake, documentation, scheduling and vaccine inventory management.
• Communicate confidently with patients and healthcare providers in both English and Spanish .
• Maintain accurate patient profiles, prescription records and pharmacy documentation.
• Work closely with pharmacists to ensure prescriptions are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

What We're Looking For

• Active Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician registration (or eligibility to obtain registration before starting).
• Previous experience working in a retail or independent pharmacy.
• Hands-on experience with Liberty Pharmacy Software strongly preferred.
• Previous 340B pharmacy programme experience strongly preferred.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish — essential.
• Experience supporting pharmacy immunisation services.
• Strong prescription data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with insurance billing, third-party claims and prescription processing.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach.

Compensation

• $25.00 per hour, rising to $26.00 per hour after 90 days
