Opportunity:
Anesthesia - CRNA

Job Details:
• Provide anesthesia services for outpatient procedures at surgery center
• Coverage needed due to employed CRNA on maternity leave and one CRNA resignation
• Schedule availability required from June through October with specific date ranges
• Typical shift hours 6:00am - 2:00pm
• Must maintain active Nebraska CRNA license
• Board certification through NBCRNA required
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• Clean malpractice history highly preferred
• Credentialing timeframe 60-90 days
• Self-Query NPDB report required within 30 days of presentation date
• Must be available at time of name clear
• Local travel preferred but not required
• Preferred lodging at Fairfield Inn Grand Island, Nebraska

Compensation:
