Customer Care/Service Solutions Representative

We are seeking a Customer Care / Service Solutions Representative for a long-term contract opportunity paying $25–$35 per hour. This position will assist customers with service requests, coordinate equipment repairs, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues. The role involves communicating with customers, vendors, and internal teams while managing multiple service requests from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Coordinate service requests and equipment repairs.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor open service tickets and follow up on outstanding requests.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
• Handle customer escalations professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records, quotes, and service documentation.
• Manage multiple priorities while providing timely customer updates.
