Product Program Manager - CAS

Medtronic seeks an experienced Product Program Manager to lead global launches of electrophysiology products. This visible role requires setting launch strategy, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving commercial adoption of innovative medical technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop global product launch strategy and create detailed launch plans with key tactics
- Collaborate with product development and education teams to ensure timely launches and training programs
- Perform business analysis on pricing and competitive positioning to drive adoption
- Build demand forecasts, coordinate with regions, and manage supply chain partnerships
- Develop clinical claims and value propositions; engage key opinion leaders and customers for feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in product management, marketing, program management, or commercialization
- Master's degree with 3+ years in product management, marketing, program management, or commercialization
- Complex technology and clinical application learning ability
- Strong presentation and customer relationship skills
- Cross-functional collaboration and project management capabilities
- Preferred: MBA or related master's degree and electrophysiology industry experience
