Randall Construction Holdings is seeking a skilled Paralegal Assistant to join our Legal Team and work in our Apopka, FL headquarters.This is a 100% in-office position.

Position Summary:

A Paralegal Assistant provides critical administrative and clerical support to attorneys and other staff to ensure operational efficiency.Responsibilities typically include managing calendars, transcribing notes, drafting correspondence, proofreading, and coordinating use of internal conference rooms, as well as ensuring the legal functions of the work-day run smoothly.

Essential Functions:

This is a position in a commercial business setting.We have a new start-up corporate law department and seek an organized and detail-oriented Paralegal Assistant to join the legal team.In this role, you will work closely with our two attorneys to manage case files, communicate with internal and external company personnel and appropriate and usual communications with office personnel of other attorneys as directed by our counsel. You will be essential to keeping cases and matters moving efficiently through document preparation, revisions, scheduling, and deadline tracking.


Desired Qualification Requirements :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal Assistant
  • Knowledge of construction legal practice is a plus
  • Critical thinking andanalytical skills that reflect the ability to analyze a broad range ofissues and provide solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal,communication and leadership skills, with the ability to preparecompelling presentations.
  • Ability to communicateeffectively in written and verbal formats including individually and ingroup settings.
  • Excellent computer skills withknowledge of Microsoft office products
