MIG Welder / TIG Welder (Aluminum Boats)

**Pay: **Starting at $23.67 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Full-time | Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM | Overtime on Friday as needed

Penmac Staffing in Lebanon is now hiring an experienced MIG Welder / TIG Welder for a client specializing in aluminum boat manufacturing. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with aluminum welding experience who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing quality products.

This full-time MIG Welder / TIG Welder position offers a four-day workweek with overtime on Friday. Candidates should be dependable, motivated, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

**Requirements **

• Experience with MIG/TIG welding aluminum required
• Ability to read and use measuring tools such as tape measures and squares
• Basic assembly knowledge and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools including grinders, sanders, drills, and riveters
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, crawl, and work in confined spaces for extended periods
• Capable of lifting up to 75 pounds
• Comfortable working in a warm manufacturing environment that may exceed 100 degrees
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship

Responsibilities**

• Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain a safe work environment
• Weld aluminum parts of varying thicknesses and alloys according to specifications
• Assemble aluminum boat components using hand and power tools
• Verify measurements and ensure proper fit and alignment of parts
• Inspect completed work and maintain high quality standards
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
