Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Here We Grow Again. Physician Services Group (PSG) is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Post-Acute Care team in the Greenville/Pickens, South Carolina area. This role offers a consistent Monday Friday schedule, clinical autonomy, and a collaborative team-based environment focused on high-quality, patient-centered care. The NP will provide in-person care within a Skilled Nursing/Post-Acute Care setting and work closely with attending physicians and on-site clinical teams to reduce hospital readmissions and support long-term patient outcomes.
