Automation & Implementation Lead

This is a high-ownership product and execution role focused on turning vision into structured, implemented systems across the company. You will serve as the bridge between leadership, engineering, and every department — ensuring that what is built is not only correct, but adopted, understood, and operationalized. You will own the evolution and company-wide adoption of Monday.com as a core operational platform. You will work closely with Eli on both large and small initiatives, owning execution from idea through rollout. This is not a coordination role. It is an ownership role. Core Responsibilities Product & Project Ownership Translate leadership vision into clear product requirements and execution plans Own projects end-to-end from discovery through implementation and iteration Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and business needs Cross-Department Implementation Ensure systems and tools are implemented effectively across sales, ops, onboarding, and finance Design rollout strategies, training frameworks, and documentation Maintain a real-time pulse on what teams need and how they operate Drive accountability around usage and system adherence Partner closely with engineering to ensure builds align with real-world needs Write clear requirements and translate business logic into system workflows Create feedback loops to continuously improve systems Operational Infrastructure Build process maps, documentation, and workflows that drive consistency Identify inefficiencies and implement structured solutions Serve as a central point for complex project execution and system alignment Monday.com & Systems Ownership Own company-wide structure, optimization, and adoption of Monday.com Design workflows, automations, and board structures that reflect real operations Ensure consistency, visibility, and scalability across all teams using Monday Continuously refine system architecture as the company grows Own and organize Google Drive and internal system architecture, ensuring information is structured, accessible, and aligned across teams Serve as a central owner across all operational systems (including CRM environments), maintaining consistency, clarity, and alignment between platforms What Success Looks Like (First 6-12 Months) Cross-department workflows are aligned, visible, and scalable Projects move from idea to execution quickly and with clarity Teams are trained, confident, and operating effectively within systems Leadership gains leverage through organized, reliable execution Monday.com becomes a fully adopted, structured, and trusted operational system across the company Core systems (Monday, CRM, and Google Drive etc.) operate as a unified, reliable source of truth, with clear structure, high adoption, and minimal friction across teams #J-18808-Ljbffr Pinecrest Group
