Job Description

OR Scrub & Circulate professionals bring two critical skill sets to a single role. Scrubbing in means assisting surgeons directly inside the sterile field during operations managing surgical instruments, maintaining sterile conditions, and anticipating the team's needs to ensure patient safety. Circulating means acting as the operating room's safety net and coordinator managing counts, documentation, positioning, and communication so the surgical team can stay focused on the patient. This dual competency gives surgical departments greater staffing flexibility and continuity across cases.
