Base pay range $55.00/hr - $80.00/hr Exciting opportunity for a Machine Learning Engineer in the Twin Cities! This is a contract-to-hire position. Are you passionate about bringing machine learning models to life in production environments? We're seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our client's innovative team in the south metro of the Twin Cities. In this role, you'll be the bridge between data science and production, ensuring AI solutions make a real-world impact. Experience Level: 4+ years Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) Location: South Metro, Twin Cities (local candidates only) Employment Type: Contract to Hire What You'll Do Collaborate closely with data scientists to understand and take ownership of their models and notebooks Engineer robust, supportable machine learning models for production workflows Ensure the ongoing care, feeding, and maintenance of deployed models Bring fresh ideas and updates to the table, working hand-in-hand with data scientists and team members Take the lead in improving our MLOps practices, always staying ahead of the curve Optimize model performance and ensure scalability in production environments Apply security best practices for deploying and maintaining models Contribute to a collaborative team environment where everyone pitches in to get the job done Your Toolkit Strong proficiency in Python and SQL Hands-on experience with Azure ML Familiarity with Snowflake (highly desirable) Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git Expertise in Azure DevOps for streamlined development workflows What Sets You Apart 4+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or related field Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the team Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders Proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail A true team player with a highly collaborative spirit Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Engineering and Information Technology Industries Retail Health and Personal Care Products #J-18808-Ljbffr Intuitive Technology Group - Transforming Tomorrow
