In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and elegant dining experience for our discerning Guests. You will work closely with servers and other team members to maintain a polished and efficient dining environment, upholding the highest standards of service.

Responsibilities:

Table Preparation and Maintenance:

●       clear tables with meticulous attention to detail and speed.

●       Replenish condiments, and other tabletop items promptly and proactively.

●       Clean and sanitize tables and chairs between courses, maintaining a spotless dining area.

Guest Service Support:

●       Ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of service.

●       Attend guest requests with professionalism and courtesy, addressing any concerns promptly and discreetly.

●       Anticipate guest needs and proactively provide assistance, exceeding expectations whenever possible.

Teamwork and Communication:

●       Collaborate effectively with servers, fellow bussers, and other staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.

●       Communicate clearly and concisely with team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

Restaurant Standards:

●       Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

●       Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring a clean and sanitary environment.

●       Assist with setting up and closing down the dining area as needed.

Qualifications:

●       Minimum of 3 months of experience in an upscale restaurant setting preferred.

●       Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering impeccable service.

●       Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff.

●       Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

●       Must be physically fit to carry heavy trays and stand for long periods.

●       Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

●       Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
