Electrical SuperintendentAt FSG, our Superintendents don't just oversee electrical installations—they lead the field operations that bring major commercial construction projects to life.We're looking for an experienced Electrical Superintendent who can lead crews, coordinate with project management, drive production, maintain an exceptional safety culture, and deliver projects on schedule and within budget.If you're the type of leader who takes ownership, develops Foremen, solves problems before they become delays, and enjoys seeing a project from groundbreaking through completion, we'd love to talk with you.ResponsibilitiesLead all field operations on commercial electrical construction projectsManage multiple Foremen and field crews while maintaining productivity and qualityDevelop manpower plans and coordinate labor requirements throughout the life of the projectPartner with Project Managers to maintain schedules, budgets, and customer expectationsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, equipment, and material deliveriesConduct weekly planning meetings and short-interval schedulingReview drawings, specifications, RFIs, and change ordersEnsure installations comply with NEC, local codes, and project specificationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, inspectors, GCs, architects, and trade partnersIdentify potential project risks early and develop solutions before they impact scheduleMaintain daily reports, production tracking, manpower forecasts, and project documentationMentor Foremen and help develop the next generation of field leadersChampion FSG's safety culture by ensuring every employee goes home safely every dayQualifications7+ years of commercial electrical construction experiencePrevious experience as an Electrical Superintendent, General Foreman, or Senior ForemanProven ability to manage crews on ground-up commercial construction projectsStrong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)Experience reading construction drawings, specifications, and schedulesExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage manpower, productivity, and project schedules simultaneouslyExperience working alongside Project Managers and General ContractorsOSHA 30 certification preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software is a plusBenefits$100,000-$125,000 Annual SalaryPhone AllowanceCompany vehicle or vehicle allowanceComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off and paid holidaysCareer advancement opportunities throughout one of the nation's largest electrical contractorsOngoing leadership and professional developmentThe opportunity to lead high-profile commercial electrical projects with a company that values safety, quality, and teamworkPay RangeUSD $100,000.00 - USD $125,000.00 /Yr.
