Employment SpecialistMagnify of Central Florida is looking for an engaging, creative, and flexible Employment Specialist to support both youth and adult participants in building skills, confidence, and pathways to employment. This is a unique opportunity to work across programs, lead hands-on activities, and make a direct impact in the community while maintaining a flexible, part-time schedule.In this role, you'll support participants through a mix of youth and adult services, including:Leading career readiness and job exploration activities for youth (Pre-ETS)Supporting adults in maintaining employment and developing workplace skillsFacilitating career camps, workshops, and hands-on learning experiencesEngaging participants in meaningful, real-world skill buildingTraveling to schools, community sites, and employer locationsDocumenting services and tracking participant progressYou'll also help expand services into new areas over time, including evening or weekend programming as demand grows.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree OR 4+ years of relevant experienceExperience working with youth, adults, or workforce programs preferredExperience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities requiredExperience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plusRequirements:Ability to work up to 24 hours per weekPrimarily daytime availability, with flexibility for occasional evenings/weekendsValid Florida driver's licenseReliable personal vehicle with required insuranceAbility to travel throughout Orange and Osceola CountiesSuccessful completion of background screening and required clearancesWork Environment:Community-based role with no fixed office locationWork may begin from home with travel to service sites (schools, community locations, employer partners)
