Marketing Strategist Analyst

We are currently engaged in a search for a Marketing Strategist Analyst for a global client who will help to shape enterprise growth strategy.

This role sits at the intersection of data-driven marketing strategy development, product performance analysis, insight generation and support for marketing strategy.

In this role, the individual will:

• Develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing strategies for the Aftermarket business
• Analyze internal and third‑party market intelligence data to evaluate product performance, identify market opportunities, and support strategic planning
• Translate complex datasets and market intelligence modeling into strategic, actionable insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Partner cross‑functionally with commercial, product, and leadership teams
• Support customer engagements and represent the organization at industry trade shows, events and field locations.

The appropriate individual will have demonstrated background in the following:

• Strong data analysis, modeling and strategic thinking capabilities
• Product and competitive market intelligence
• Advanced Excel skills (required)
• Exposure to BI tools or data visualization platforms (preferred), that include a combination of SQL, PowerBI and Power Query
• Working with both internal and external datasets
• Preferred experience in Automotive, Commercial Vehicle, Aftermarket or OEM parts and product environments.
• Travel: ~25% (customers & trade shows)

This is a hybrid work environment with three days on-site in Troy, MI or Attleboro, MA. The appropriate individual must live within commutable distance. We aren't currently working with Third Parties and our client isn't willing to sponsor visa's at this time.
