What You'll Do

• Independently perform respiratory therapy procedures, including invasive and non-invasive therapies
• Interpret physician orders and assess patient needs effectively
• Deliver prescribed respiratory treatments and monitor patient responses
• Respond promptly to changes in workload or patient condition
• Communicate with the clinical team to optimize patient care plans
• Assist in critical care settings with minimal supervision
• Educate patients and family members about respiratory care needs

What You Need

• Valid Kansas Respiratory Therapist license with NBRC certification (RRT or CRT)
• Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
