Weekly schedule will vary.
3 shift options available: 10am-4pm, 12pm-8pm and 3pm-9pm
Weekend (Saturday and Sunday) availability a must
Evening availability (3pm-9pm) a must
Job Description:
As a Cook/Cashier at our Liberty Public Market location, youll play a crucial role in delivering an unforgettable dining experience to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing excellent and engaging customer service with a smile.
Selling and upselling menu items with enthusiasm
Ensuring timely completion of all online and food hall orders with precision
Prepare seafood dishes with accuracy and care
Preparing ingredients, sauces and menu items with attention to detail to minimize waste and errors
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstation in accordance with Food Safety Standards
Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
Sharing our founders backstory and product knowledge with enthusiasm
Meet daily and weekly sales goals
Qualifications:
Were looking for individuals who are:

Experienced in cooking or back-of-the-house operations in a quick service environment (preferred).
Active Food Handlers Card (training will be provided to obtain if not)
Outgoing personality with a strong sense of Customer Service standards
Reliable and able to meet scheduling commitments
Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the kitchen team
Detail-oriented with a passion for excellence
Committed to maintaining workplace safety and cleanliness
Team players who thrive in a collaborative environment
