Medical Surgical Nurse (MS RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Surgical Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Previous experience in a medical-surgical unit is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Shift Information

This position requires flexibility with hours and may include nights. An immediate start date is preferred.

Location

This position is located in a critical access facility in the city of your choice.
