Fitness Program Director - Lead Team & Member Experience
Chiefs Fit
Chiefs Fit is seeking a Fitness Manager to lead our club’s health and fitness programming, including personal training, group training, supplement sales, and member integration. You will manage a high‑performing team, ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment, and drive ancillary revenue while delivering exceptional member experiences.
