Job Duties and Responsibilities

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.

The Media Sales Coordinator drives revenue growth and operational excellence by resolving cross-departmental campaign roadblocks between Sales, internal operations, and agency partners. This role addresses execution bottlenecks and campaign performance gaps in the rapidly changing TV advertising landscape. By managing media campaign logistics and billing reconciliations, the position ensures accurate delivery and maximizes strategic client satisfaction.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):

• Lead end-to-end campaign execution across assigned accounts; align delivery with client objectives and team revenue OKRs
• Drive operational efficiency across Traffic, Pricing, Finance, and Marketing; resolve campaign roadblocks quickly with minimal oversight
• Leverage AI Application tools and campaign data to identify performance gaps; generate proactive recommendations for sales partners
• Build strong agency relationships by providing guidance on campaign logistics, creative needs, and post-campaign reporting
• Evaluate and enhance internal workflows; implement long-term solutions for recurring operational issues

Skills, Experience and Requirements

• Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot complex campaign issues in a fast-paced environment
• Cross-functional collaboration skills to act as a central liaison across multiple internal departments
• AI Literacy to leverage emerging technologies and reporting tools for process optimization
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to present campaign performance with clarity
• Strong organizational expertise to manage multiple work streams, campaign budgets, and billing reconciliations

 

Additional Qualifications:

• Media industry experience with a passion for entertainment and streaming TV

 

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
• Minimum Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in media sales, campaign management, or advertising operations
• Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 1 year of experience with:
• Order entry and campaign management systems
• Reporting and data analytics tools
• Digital media trafficking and billing reconciliation software

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
