Qualifications and Experience:

• Hold current SLP-CCC certification
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfort working onsite with young children (1st and 2nd grade)
• Ability to adapt strategies to meet individual student needs

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student progress
• Document assessments, progress, and outcomes according to school/district policies
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and provide input for Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Create a positive, supportive environment that encourages students' growth and confidence
