Controls Engineer

Job Description Summary: Seeking a Controls Engineer to execute full-phase electrical designs, PLC programming, and integration of automation systems. Job Requirements Extensive experience with PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Beckhoff, Siemens) Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical for scratch design Experience in robotics (Epson, KUKA preferred) Knowledge of motors, drives, actuators, robots, vision systems, sensors, servo controls Preferred Skills Strong background in robotics and automation systems Familiarity with vision systems and proximity/photo sensors Job Responsibilities Program PLCs, safety systems, and layout HMI displays Source and program various automation components Handle full system programming including testing, debugging, and commissioning Execute complete electrical designs and create professional schematics and panel layouts Create Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
