We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Parts Counter Specialist to join our growing parts department. In this role, you will be the backbone of our inventory support, assisting both our internal service technicians and retail customers. We believe in a healthy work-life balance, which is why we offer a stable 5-day work week with a rotating every-other-Saturday schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist retail and wholesale customers in purchasing automotive parts and accessories.
• Work closely with our Service Department to efficiently supply parts to dealership technicians.
• Determine exact part numbers and availability using electronic parts catalogs (EPC).
• Receive, unpack, and stock incoming inventory, maintaining an organized parts room.
• Handle phone inquiries, provide accurate price quotes, and process payments.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of automotive parts counter experience (dealership experience preferred, but aftermarket experience will be considered).
• DMS Familiarity: Experience using Dealertrack is a strong bonus, but not required (we are willing to train the right candidate).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical aspects of the job (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
