This entry-level role works onsite with employees and leaders to assist with onboarding, role-based, and customer experience training. The Learning Specialist helps reinforce continuous learning on the job to ensure training translates into consistent performance and positive customer experiences.This role is ideal for someone looking to build and expand their learning and development experience with front line employees in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.What You’ll Do:Lead onsite training programs for frontline employees and managersOnboarding and new hire training at the location levelCoordinate training logistics and learning activities at assigned locationsFacilitate instructor-led trainingObserve employee performance and reinforce training and customer experience standards through coaching and feedbackPartner with site leaders, HR, and operations teams to support training needsAssist in tracking training participation and completionCollect training feedback and share field insights with the learning teamPerks You’ll GetPaid time off401K retirement plan with company matched contributionsAccess to Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability insuranceEligible to elect other voluntary benefits including: Group Legal, Identity Theft, Insurance, FSA, additional life insurance coveragesContribute up to $260 as a tax free benefit for public transportation or parking expensesEmployee discounts, including discounted prices on purchase of Avis / Budget carsAccess to an Employee Assistance Program for services including counseling, financial and legal consultation, referrals for care service, and moreWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Education, Business, Hospitality, or a related field1–2 years of experience in training, customer service, operations, or learning supportStrong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively with frontline employees and leadersExperience using common workplace and learning tools (such as learning management systems, virtual meeting platforms, presentation tools, and basic reporting tools) or a willingness to learnExperience facilitating small group sessions or presentationsValid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record (per company standards)The annual starting salary for this position is between $50,000 - $70,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
