Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner

Salary: $97,000-$104,000 + full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, and PTO)


Job Summary:
Our client, a nonprofit community health organization, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care services in a clinic setting. This role focuses on prevention, chronic disease management, and improving access to care for underserved populations.


Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based practices
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic testing
• Provide patient education on wellness and disease prevention
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR
• Support quality initiatives and population health programs

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing (NP specialty)
• Active Florida NP and RN licenses
• Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience (NP and/or RN)
• Experience in primary care, community health, or similar settings preferred
• AAHIV credential preferred
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
