About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Head of Program Management & Strategic Initiatives to join their dynamic team. This senior executive will be responsible for leading the enterprise Technology Program Management Office and driving high-impact, cross-functional initiatives within the technology portfolio. The role demands a strategic leader who can partner with the CTO/CIO and Technology Leadership Team to translate enterprise strategy into a portfolio of programs, investments, and outcomes. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading large-scale transformation programs, deep experience in regulated technology environments, and the ability to operate at the executive level. Key responsibilities include establishing and evolving the Technology PMO operating model, driving program management rigor, and leading a global team of program management professionals. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in program management, technology delivery, management consulting, or transformation leadership, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for an MBA or advanced degree, and professional certifications such as PMP or SAFe. The role requires a leader with exceptional communication skills, a strong command of modern delivery methodologies, and experience in M&A technology integration. The candidate should also demonstrate leadership competencies in strategic thinking, executive influence, and a bias for outcomes.
