Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical and regulated environments industry, is seeking a Facilities Technician 3 to join their team. As a Facilities Technician 3, you will be part of the Facilities Management Department supporting maintenance and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Technician 3 Location: Holly Springs, NC Pay rate: $34 - 35/hr

What's the Job?

• Monitor the facility to ensure safety, security, and proper maintenance.
• Troubleshoot power, HVAC systems, controls, and mechanical systems.
• Perform general and preventative maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, and vendor management.
• Replace lighting bulbs and ballasts as needed to maintain optimal lighting conditions.
• Assist with moving office furniture, machinery, and equipment as requested.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5-7 years of relevant maintenance experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, food industry, or regulated environments.
• Prior experience as a maintenance technician with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate well with vendors and team members.
• Basic knowledge of machines, tools, and repair techniques.
