Open to new graduates! Pay Range: $32.00–$49.00/hour (based on experience) Respiratory Therapist Opportunity: Nights; 10- or 12-hour shifts available Open to new graduates $8,000 sign-on bonus Provide comprehensive respiratory care across hospital units, including the ED, ICU, Med-Surg, and specialty areas. Responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment delivery, oxygen therapy, airway management, and ventilator/NIV management. Work independently while collaborating closely with nurses, physicians, and other members of the care team. Respond to respiratory emergencies, rapid responses, and changing patient needs while effectively prioritizing and managing a full caseload.
