Lead Front Desk Concierge | Senior Living Administration

At Sunrise Senior Living, we champion the quality of life for all seniors. As a Lead Front Desk Concierge, you serve as the primary front desk leader ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth daily operations, and regulatory compliance across the community.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee front desk operations and ensure warm, professional greetings
- Answer and direct calls promptly with proper community greeting
- Support sales inquiries and coordinate prospective visits
- Assist with recruitment data entry and candidate engagement
- Maintain resident and team rosters, logs, and emergency records
- Monitor Bistro presentation and entry area standards
- Manage schedules, call-outs, and Concierge coverage
- Support move-in coordination and administrative processes
- Ensure safety protocols, sign-in/out procedures, and Safe Leaving compliance
- Lead Concierge meetings and support team performance
You are the communication hub and hospitality leader balancing service, organization, and accountability.
What We're Looking For:
- HS Diploma/GED; age 18+
- Proven customer service experience
- Experience leading direct reports
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
Pay Range: 21.20 - 26.60
