Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage. Prepare and present insurance quotes and proposals. Service existing clients by addressing inquiries and assisting with policy changes. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in insurance. North Dakota Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and goal-oriented approach to sales.
