Key Responsibilities of the RN - PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care - Travel

• Provide one-on-one or one-to-two patient care depending on their needs
• Monitor and titrate cardiac, insulin, heparin, and sedation drips
• Manage emergency situations effectively, including intubations and sedations
• Interpret telemetry strips independently and perform lab draws
• Work closely with intensivists and residents to deliver comprehensive care

Requirements of the RN - PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care - Travel

• Active RN license
• Current BLS and PALS certifications (AHA required)
• Minimum of 1 year of PICU experience
• Experience with intubations, drips, sedations, and emergency situations
