Position: Manufacturing Associate

Location: Mascot TN

Pay: $15 per hour

Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift : 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Job Description: Are you looking for a dynamic opportunity to join a thriving manufacturing team? We are currently hiring Manufacturing Associates for both 2nd and 3rd shifts at our facility in Mascot. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play a vital role in our production process, contributing to the creation of high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and product quality.
• Perform routine inspections and quality checks on finished products.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials onto production lines.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and address any issues that arise.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders.
• Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift hours as needed.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move objects throughout the shift.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
