Job Description The Process Sustaining Engineering Technician supports manufacturing operations through hands‑on troubleshooting, equipment support, and process improvement activities. This role requires strong electromechanical skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, regulated production environment. Responsibilities Identify and resolve equipment issues, supporting process stability. Support process stability through documentation of all work performed. Maintain accurate records in a regulated manufacturing environment. Travel may be required between sites as needed. Qualifications Hands‑on electromechanical troubleshooting experience and ability to manage multiple priorities quickly. Strong documentation skills and mechanical assembly, electrical troubleshooting, and automation system interfacing experience. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, regulated manufacturing environment. Ability to adapt to rapid priority changes and manage conflicting priorities. Shift: 1st Shift 6:00am - 2:30pm.
