Lead Data Engineer
Location: Phoenix, Arizona, USA | Type: Full-Time (W2, 1099, C2C) | Experience: 10 to 12 years

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for enterprise data platform initiatives
- Design and implement real-time and batch data processing pipelines using GCP services
- Manage and optimize Bigtable, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, and Composer environments
- Develop Python-based data solutions and automation scripts
- Support AI/GenAI initiatives through scalable data infrastructure
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in data engineering with demonstrated technical leadership
- Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform including Bigtable, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, and Composer
- Proficiency in Python development for data processing applications
- Experience with real-time and batch data processing environments
- Familiarity with supporting AI and GenAI initiatives is highly valued
- Knowledge of complementary technologies such as Hadoop, HBase, Kafka, Redis, and Elasticsearch
