Bookkeeper Position
We are looking for a highly organized, very dependable, and detail-oriented bookkeeper to help support the assistant controller and to help support our accounting office.
This position is focused on keeping the books organized, assisting with helping the office run efficiently and smoothly. Also, filling in and assisting the entire accounting team.
Responsibilities
- Review all schedules and make sure they are cleaned weekly and any discrepancy gets with managers.
- Daily Bank reconciliation
- Unclaimed Property
- 8300 reporting
- Payroll assistance and administrative support
- Manufacturer weekly/monthly statement posting
- Any task given by Assistant Controller
Must have at least 2 years automotive experience.
Reynolds experience preferred.
