Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianJoin Shape Products as a Maintenance Technician! We are seeking a dedicated and skilled technician to join our team and contribute to maintaining and improving our electrical systems and production machinery. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities. Shifts & Schedule: Day and Nights 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts Key Responsibilities:Perform planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance on production equipment.Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.Troubleshoot equipment issues using diagnostic tools and implement corrective actions.Support equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning of new machinery.Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.Maintain accurate maintenance records and performance data.Provide technical support and training to operators and team members.Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.Communicate with production, engineering, and external partners to resolve equipment issues efficiently.RequirementsMechanical aptitude- rebuild gears, alignment plates, fixtures and forming equipment.Low Voltage wiring - installation and trouble shooting.Ability and understanding of three phase circuits and motor control circuits.Basic understanding of industrial controls (contactors, relays etc.)Basic understanding of pneumatic systemsSimple machining and layoutVarious mechanical and light electrical repairsBasic computer skillsExcellent Customer service and communicationAble to plan and execute projects small to largeAbility to interpret blueprints, schematics, and machine documentation.Benefits Company benefits package includes a nationally award winning zero-dollar deductible healthcare plan created to ensure peace of mind and comprehensive care for all A-Team family members.
