As a Hydromat/CNC Machine Cell Technician, you will be the go-to operator ensuring consistent, high-quality output from Hydromat/CNC equipment and related secondary operations. Your attention to detail and passion for continuous improvement will keep our lines performing at their best. Imagine this You receive a new part print. You review the blueprint, confirm critical dimensions, set the right tools and offsets, verify a clean first article with micrometers and calipers, double-check via optical inspection, and then monitor the run with statistical tools to ensure everything stays in spec. Meanwhile, you keep the area organized with LEAP/5S and uphold HSE best practices—so the team stays safe and efficient. Your impact Translate blueprints into stable production setups. Operate and adjust Hydromat/CNC machinery; manage associated secondary operations. Conduct precise measurements using micrometers, calipers, and basic gages; validate with optical inspection equipment. Apply quality principles and appropriate statistical tools to sustain capability. Follow procedures and work instructions; document results and act on trends. Perform thorough preventive maintenance to maximize uptime.Champion LEAP/5S organization and meet HSE standards throughout the cell. Tools and software Measurement: micrometers, calipers, attribute/variable gaging, optical inspection. Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Plex ERP preferred (or similar manufacturing ERP experience). What you bring 1+ year of hands-on CNC operating experience. Mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of programming codes and machining practices. Collaborative, self-motivated, positive, and eager to expand your skills.
