Office and Off-site Event Manager

Rosa's Catering

Job Description

We are looking to hire an Office And Off-site Event Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing administrative activities of the organization and off-site event crews.

Responsibilities:

Schedule staff for events one month in advance of an event
Maintain the WhenIWork app
Provide administrative assistance to management team
Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
Assist in social media posts
Assist the General Manager with sales
Contact new venues and schedule open houses
Manage off-site events

Qualifications:

Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Strong leadership qualities
Previous catering experience preferred
