As we continue to expand our presence in the industry, we are seeking a passionate and talented Porter to join our team.Porters play a vital role in both maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our team while upholding the highest standards in guest eating and drinking experiences. Porters are responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, rooftops, and back of house areas. The ideal candidate displays the ability and willingness to learn and take direction, the capability to manage multiple daily responsibilities, and ensure adherence to sanitation codes and company standards.Responsibilities:Sweep and mop floors in assigned areas, ensuring floors are clean of debris and trash.Clean and sanitize equipment in assigned areas.Monitor, clean, and empty trash cans, and replace liners as needed.Ensure restrooms are supplied with bathroom tissue, soap, paper towels, and toiletry items remain fully stocked.Wipe down and sanitize counters.Collect debris and used tableware, such as cups, cans, and flatware.Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel.Complete all housekeeping tasks as directed by management.Adhere to safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.Monitor the use and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.Requirements:Accountable and dependableAdherence to policyPleasant attitudeGuest satisfactionJob skills knowledgeTeamworkGood written and verbal communication21+ years of age.High School Diploma or equivalent.Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards.Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift.Work will include indoor and/or outdoor areas.
