Position Summary

We are excited to welcome a talented and empathetic Sonography / Ultrasound Imaging Specialist to our dedicated team of imaging experts committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct a wide range of ultrasound examinations, encompassing abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
  • Promote patient comfort and safety throughout procedures, articulating each step with care and transparency
  • Work in close partnership with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure the production of high-quality diagnostic images
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, promptly addressing any technical issues that arise
  • Maintain precise documentation within the electronic medical record system, ensuring patient information is accurate and accessible
  • Keep abreast of developments in ultrasound techniques and best practices to enhance patient care
Educational Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
  • Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred
Required Certifications
  • Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or a relevant equivalent
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
Essential Skills
  • Proficient technical skills in sonographic imaging and patient positioning
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
