Service Areas we are hiring for: Brooklyn Queens Manhattan Bronx Staten Island Duties: Perform health assessments for patients in their homes to evaluate their healthcare status and needs Train and supervise Aide staff on patient care plans and infection control Maintain open communication with the Director of Patient Services Report all issues promptly to the clinical department Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with DOH regulations Qualifications: Graduate of an approved nursing school Current NYS RN license 1 year of home health nursing experience (preferred) Ability to work independently with strong critical thinking skills Willingness to travel to patient's homes Location: Staten Island Community Home Care offers a competitive compensation package with benefits including flexible schedules, paid time off, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401k matching, and paid training.
