Timbercraft Cabinetry and Design, LLC is seeking an experienced, skilled & detail oriented CNC operator to join our team.

Job Details:

• -Full time, M-F 8am to 5pm
• -Pay based on experience ($27-$35/hr)
• -Paid holidays, other PTO benefits offered upon hiring

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and properly position materials
• Review CNC programs, ability to read drawings, and work orders
• Verify dimensions and quality of finished parts, attention to detail is key
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and follow measurements
• Perform basic machine setup and adjustments
• Identify and report machine or production issues
• Operate additional woodworking equipment as needed
• Occasionally assist in spray booth area
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Manage daily cut lists and maintain schedules to hit completion deadlines
• Knowledge of wood properties, grain directions, and material behaviors are a plus
• Reliable, good communication skills, able to work as part of a team. We are small and growing operation, everyone is expected to help where needed.
